“What an amazing place! Got a tip from a local to take a short drive up the Mount Whitney portal and I highly recommend everyone do the same. The views from the room are AMAZING! Waking up to the sunrise on the mountains was something I'll never forget. Communication was fast and very helpful. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here.”

“La casa aveva un materasso gonfiabile, noi siamo in 4 e i miei figli (grandi) hanno dovuto dormire in un materasso ad aria che si è pure sgonfiato durante la notte. Avessimo saputo che c'era un materasso gonfiabile non avremmo mai prenotato. Nella descrizione della casa non è mai stato scritto, parlava solo di 4 posti letto. But host was as accommodating and friendly. I recommend when visiting Death Valley and area.”

“This is an amazing property! Epic views, wonderful outdoor patio, well decorated living spaces. Best place to stay in the Lone Pine area.”

Also, more concerning for us, was that we saw a few mice in the house. One hiding in the master bedroom closet, the other by the living room area. Potentially more throughout the house, so be mindful of this. The house is quite remote with a large open field next to it so……

“An amazing experience from start to finish. The location in the Alabama Hills of Lone Pine was absolutely perfect for us during Badwater 135 race week—peaceful and beautiful, with Mount Whitney in the background, yet only a short distance from town. Our host was incredible—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely available 24/7 if we needed anything. With temperatures over 100 degrees, the AC worked perfectly and kept the house cool and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious, spotless, and had……
