The front desk associate was watching TV when we arrived and seemed irritated that we interrupted her. Hotel was dirty and smelled musty throughout. Also needed repairs. Hotel looks good but room was not clean or in good condition. Ring on the night stand means it wasn’t cleaned. There was a bare greasy footprint on the tile which means it wasn’t cleaned. Gross rubber mat for the shower was seriously stained. Small debris on the carpeted floor and light bulbs missing in both lamps. No iron or ironing board in the room so had to ask for one. I was placed on the 1st floor near the stairway so I heard tromping up and down the stairs all night. I could hear the TV and conversations next door. The front desk had a cow bell to get someone from the back so I could hear that each time someone needed assistance. TV was super hard to operate and I couldn’t get channels to come up. Tried to purchase water in the vending machine and there wasn’t even a place for it to be sold. Front desk didn’t have any to offer either. Loud in-room fridge motor woke me up a couple times. Biggest complaint- the “secured” outside door that you need a room key to open was not secured. You could come in from the parking lot without a key. Put bfast away at 940 am. Guests were upset and made him reopen however it wasnt replenished when asked.
