Staff was friendly and attentive. Was not informed about the $43-$48 per day parking fee in addition to the room charge. Rooms are clean, but very small. Only stayed at this hotel because of the convenience to Fever stadium.

The location was fantastic... right across from Gainbridge... so convenient!!!! The hotel check in process was pretty slow... sure, it was game day, but you cant tell me that was their first game day hectic check in... the process could be handled a lot better. The room was pretty clean, just a little bit of dirty areas... honestly... better than most other hotels nowadays. The staff were awesome, except one dude that was in the "bag room" he was kind of a douche. The water flowed fast and hot during my shower, and i can only assume other people in the hotel were showering at the same time... the biggest issue is we heard EVERY noise from the outside. Like, from 11pm to 2am there were cars parked on the street in front of the hotel reving their engines and playing loud music. The noise from all of that came right through the walls and windows. So loud. Breakfast was neat in the morning ... pretty good! I would stay again but request the highest floor possible just to see if i would not be able to hear the loud engines and music outside.

Great place, great price. Check in was great. We arrived early for the WNBA game, and got out name on the wait-list. By the end of the game, our room was ready. So we freshened up and went off to walk and explore downtown. Can't wait until next time!

Called down for housekeeping service and specifically asked for toilet paper (we had 1 roll and it was gone) before we left for dinner. Came back 4 hours later and nothing was done in the room. I called housekeeping again and was told "will try and get some to you as doon as we can" I immediately went down to the front desk and it was the person that took my call. Nobody else was around (it was 10pm) so he wasnt busy. I asked again for tp. We then went on a journey to the 6th floor to get the tp...I asked if housekeeping was gone for the day? He had no answer...in fact, he could barely talk at all without coughing. Not sure what that was about either

This was a great hotel and perfectly located in the city for all the things that we wanted to do. Getting into and out of the garage and on our way to different destinations was a snap!

It was close to where we wanted to be, just a walk across the street to Gainbridge Center. Staff was very helpful and I easily received non-feather pillows. Breakfast was delicious!

I have no complaints. My boyfriend said the rooms are small but honestly I don’t care. I just need somewhere to sleep. The breakfast was quite nice! Rooms were clean and great for me! Area was a little sketchy but that’s all downtown cities I suppose!

Hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Steps from Gainbridge Field House and right around the corner from Lucas Oil Stadium. Valet parking was quick and easy. Very cool atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again!

Being across from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse it's very convenient, we walked around the downtown a bit which was safe feeling. When it was time to sleep though there was a lot of road noise that sounded like drag racing not the hotels fault but annoying.
