“Fabulous! My room was ready early, the staff are friendly and the location has the feel of a village. There is a metro stop across the road, and you can easily walk to both the Gare du Nord (fantastic for the Eurostar to London) and the Gare de l'Est. The main street has all the traditional shops as well as a little supermarket (a baker, a cheese shop, a butcher, a cafe/bistro). You are also very close to Canal St Martin which is a lovely walk.”

“This was my second stay at Simon's Boutique Hotel this year (8 days, 3 days). I can't wait to go back. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable, and I always sleep well. I am 80 years old. It is so close to the Gare du Nord, too. The Marx Dormoy metro stop is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.”

“我們居住206號房間，該房間應該是廁所的下水道有問題，整個房間瀰漫著非常不好的味道，每天外出回來時，必須要把所有的門窗打開才有可以消除一點味道。因為居住的其間比較常約6個晚上，對於這樣的房間安排讓人覺得非常的不舒服。不太推薦此間飯店。”

“在巴黎在這住了一共七晚，整體服務相當不錯，交通相當方便，地鐵線有2號，4號和12號，離巴黎北站和東站距離轉車都可行，晚上回來治安沒想像中可怕（但仍需小心），附近有兩間超市，還有蒙日藥妝，房間有電茶壺，對自助旅行的遊人是值得推薦的地方～”

“Walking distance from Paris East & Paris Nord station, but closer to Paris East. Room with window, small but still acceptable. Most of hotels in this area are small, so I'm ready to accept small room here. Bed is comfortable, but bathroom is narrow, not easy for me even I'm only 160cm height and standard shape. Staff are very friendly & gentle. The lift is small & slow, so if you are in a rush, be sure to reserve more time on waiting. ”

“The location is really great, only 5 mins walk to gare du nord. The decorations of hotel is new and fancy. Staff are nice and helpful. The only thing i feel disgusted, this area was too many beggar and drunkard, they yelling at the street and also yelling to us, it was scary! And it seems many bad ppl standing outside the gare du nord, need extra care on all your belonging.”
