“Very central for Letterkenny ”

“When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session……

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Great spa and pool. Walking trails in the woods to the lake are very pleasant. Breakfast and bar food were both superb. ”

“Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. ”

We have stayed in highend hotels all over the world but they lack the friendly want to help touch. Although this is not high end hotel its very clean and the staff make up for everything else.
