“We weren’t even able to check in here because we got there after midnight and the office with the check in kiosk was locked. The office left us a message two hours prior that we needed to confirm our booking with them to check in, but with the poor cell service in the area, the message didn’t arrive until we got there. We have four kids who were exhausted and needed to sleep, and even though I called the number listed, no one answered. We had to find another hotel and navigate checking in there.……

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop……
