“If you plan to stay, especially a non-German speakers, check-in early before staff get off work. It will be somewhat difficult to find your room and keys. We are lucky that there are ground staff still working and called the manager to come for check-in. Otherwise, it is a fantastic place to stay.”

“早餐很棒，房間很大，住的很舒服”

“The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. ”

“很棒的小巧飯店，位於安靜的巷子裡，讓人能舒適入眠，最棒的是付費早餐，量多質精且種類繁多，C/P值超高，一定要去品嚐，大推 ”

“Der Flur zu den Zimmern was leider sehr dreckig, die Zimmer aber soweit ok. Das Frühstücksbüfett sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet.”

“The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops.”

“It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. But when we saw the room, it's big, clean and tidy. Beds comforable, we……

“Really love the stay here!”

“We (two of us) stayed here overnight, arriving Tuesday night. Turns out, Tuesday is their day off, so they sent us directions on how to get in, the only difficulty being that the directions were in German, so we needed to translate them. The room was clean, large and comfortable, though it was on the side of the main road which was not a problem until about 6 AM... it is in a farming community so there was a spurt of traffic/other activities so it got a bit loud if the window was open. ……

“We got a big room with a small living room. The room was very clean and provided everything including free drinks. The staff and breakfast was very nice. I will definitely come back. ”

“Der 50-jährige Mann an der Rezeption hatte eine sehr schlechte Einstellung und war ungeduldig，Ich habe das Gefühl, dass das Check-in-Erlebnis sehr schlecht ist”
