"This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). We walked to the castle, gardens, food markets and all the other areas we wanted to visit. There are kombini and a chemist just down the road. Rooftop onsen, everything was just perfect. "
