The Kaiseki dinner was outstanding. I had left behind an important piece of equipment, and the staff found it and emailed me within an hour of leaving the hotel. They mailed it to my next destination for me, I was so relieved! I can’t say enough about how amazing the service is at this hotel. The beds were super soft and comfy with fluffy pillows and even an adjustable bed. We got the best night of sleep we had in Japan!"

This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice!
