"This wasn't just a hotel, this was an entire experience! From the moment we walked in to this beautiful hotel, we were asked to remove our shoes. Love the fact that it was always clean. Rooms are very spacious with beautiful bedding. A great shower with tremendous water pressure. Extremely clean in the room and bathroom. Wonderful amenities in the bathroom. Comfy pjs that can be worn throughout the hotel, in the lobby, in the breakfast room and to the onsen. The location is excellent. Breakfast is wonderful ... sushi bowl, tempura shrimp, eel and veg, miso soup, fruit, sweets, plus many, many more offerings! Excellent service throughout this terrific property. Five star!"
