“I absolutely loved the hotel. It had historic charm and the hotel obviously took pride in cleanliness and its historical value. I had breakfast one day, and it was a nice spread. The bar service was excellent, if you could actually find someone who works there. These was a bell on the counter I rang 3 times one day before I just gave up. I was disappointed to find that the actual pool area is offsite, and the hotel does not offer shuttle service as it states in the add. I’m had to pay a taxi……

“The property was bright and clean and my room faced into a lovely park. Nice cozy balcony. Excellent location being near the Old Town area. I had a car , although no onsite parking. It was easy to find overnight parking. Ayomonte is a real hidden gem, unfortunate that I only had time for an overnight.”

“Restaurant is sportbar met weinig keuze, en niet bijzonder lekker eten”

“Rooms with high ceilings, friendly staff & good location.”

“Perfect location when leaving/entering Portugal. Central location with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and spacious clean rooms”

“All was good”

“Établissement correct. Avons juste fait un bref passage.”

“Suite rooms were excellent for families. Pool lovely but COLD. Area around the pool very slippery when wet. Food at breakfast and dinner in terrace restaurant was excellent. Despite the kids club being advertised as open year round, this was not the case. Direct access to lovely beach. Hotel location somewhat isolated. Gym could do with being better stocked. Overall, 7.5/10.”

“Uitstekende locatie, ruime hotelkamer, goed ontbijt. Alleen kleine ontbijt ruimte, waardoor heel druk en warm. Zwembad heeft maar beperkt aantal ligbedjes.”

“Hotel da década de 70, toda mobília já desgastada por 50 anos de uso Nada funcionava no quarto: Wi-Fi, frigobar e tv … Ainda bem que foi apenas 1 noite para dormir em trânsito”

“環境優美的海邊渡假酒店，早餐一流，酒店裝修時尚豪華，房間寬敞”

“Filomena ha sido muy amable. Todo estaba muy limpio y un desayuno simple y delicioso.”

“Very clean hotel with very helpful staff. No bar Pool very small Shame there are no other boarding options. Fortunately some great local restaurants within a few minutes walk. My room was on the 6th floor with a very big balcony, shame about the birds and their mess daily so not welcoming.”

“The hotel was overall clean, staff was professional, easy walking distance to other amenities like pubs, restaurants supermarkets etc around the town, 10 minutes only down the lovely long white sandy beach, great place to relax, close to pop in to Spain, safe surroundings as well. The only thing was on the third floor I did see a big cockroach that I had to kill myself - but this as all been part of the Algarve. I would still strongly recommend the hotel.”

“Excelente estadia. Hotel antigo mas bem tratado. Passamos muito bem com as comodidades necessárias.Bem localizado. A funcionaria D.Maria Carvallo foi incansavel muito prestavel em tudo que perguntamos e de uma simpatia enorme. Voltaremos concerteza.”

“Breakfast, clean room and staff”
