“The checkin process was a bit rough. The resort “upgraded” our family to a different room, but it was only designed to accommodate two guests, even though I had specifically booked and paid for a room for three (two adults and one child). The staff seemed surprised that there were three of us, which was confusing since that information was included in my reservation. Thankfully, the king sized bed was large enough for all of us.
Other than that, we really enjoyed the resort. It had everything……

“The suite was very nice and clean, however we found it to be poorly stocked. It had all the essentials, but only 2 thin pillows, and minimal kitchen items, we often had to borrow things from neighbors (wine bottle opener). The only other issue we had was running out of hot water very shortly after starting the shower. Proximity to the beach is wonderful, and the balconies were very nice. We also found that the grounds could have been kept a bit nicer, (debris, weeds etc), but things were still……

“This is an outstanding loft. Very economical, well-designed, nicely decorated, and has the best hammock ever. Very well stocked and modern. We loved Karina; she was the best aspect of the stay. She even found a local fisherman to fish with my teen son for hours a day. She answered a hundred questions and gave excellent suggestions. She problem solved and arranged any need we had—golf carts, beach side massages, atm location, and best sushi recs! We adored her. I travel often and far and she is……

“The process and thorough commnunication from start to finish was fantastic and easy. The unit was immaculate and well equipped. Bed was very comfy and a nice bathroom/shower. Otherwise it's very basic accommodations - but well located, a stone's throw from the beach in a quaint little neighborhood just outside of the downtown. The outdoor patio is wonderful with a beautiful view. For the price it's an excellent value! Thanks for everything.”
