Welcome to your perfect island escape—this cheerful and inviting studio condo is ideally located just a block away from the beach access path, making it a quick 5-minute walk to the sands and surf of Isle of Palms. Whether you're here to explore or simply unwind, this space offers a clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained retreat to relax in after a day of island adventures.
The cozy living area includes a small dining table, a versatile futon-style sofa that easily converts into a full-sized bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Cooking breakfast or light meals is easy with the provided coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and NuWave induction cooktop (just bring metal-bottomed pans—one’s included). Dishes, silverware, glassware, and all the kitchen tools you’ll need are provided to ensure a convenient stay. While there’s no full oven, the cooktop is perfect for preparing simple, home-cooked meals in the comfort of your condo.
The bathroom features a modern glass and tile shower enclosure with space for all your necessities.
The bedroom area is thoughtfully designed with a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a cozy sitting area (perfect for putting on your flip-flops before heading out) and ample closet space with an iron and board. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
