If you are looking for one of Isle of Palm’s top vacation rentals, you have found it at 3903 Cameron Blvd. This Isle of Palms beach rental is situated just one block off of Palm Blvd, and is only a two minute walk from the beach access path. This quiet street offers your family a peaceful vacation without the noise and headaches of being on the main road, and still maintains all of the great benefits of being close to the South Carolina shore. 3903 Cameron Blvd is full of countless high-end amenities for your enjoyment during your stay. Just off the main living level, you will find a stunning elevated pool and spa, custom-designed for the home. Right out the back door, pick up your paddles and challenge your friends and family to a competitive game of pickle ball on the island's only private pickle ball court. Interested in basketball, corn hole or ping pong? A full sized basketball hoop rounds out the back area of the home and corn hole boards are stored in the garage along side a ping pong table, perfect for games with the family. This spacious home features six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, with enough space for the whole family to spread out. The first level features a large kitchen with new, high-end appliances, great for cooking family dinners or enjoying breakfast at the island before long days at the beach. The dining area hosts seating for the entire family, and is open to the comfortable living room which offers the perfect area for movie nights with friends and showcases the view of the pool and spa right outside. Downstairs, you will also find the first of two primary king suites, as well as the queen bedroom. Heading upstairs, you can locate the second king suite, the kid's twin bunk room and two additional king rooms. Additionally, every bedroom is appointed with its own full bathroom, allowing plenty of space for all guests. After your first stay, you will be longing to call this beach rental your vacation home every year. With space and amenities for the whole family, new, high-end appliances, and a location that's only a quick walk from the beach, 3903 Cameron is sure to be your family's perfect vacation getaway. Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 6 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Annual Couples Getaway

We were three couples that travel annually somewhere together each year and absolutely loved the home and surrounding area. The property description was spot on, it was an easy walk to the beautiful beach, and a short drive to lots of great restaurants.

We Will Be Back!

Wow! My family has been vacationing on the Isle of Palms for 10+years. We made the decision to up our game this visit and we definitely made the right choice with this beautiful home. We were not disappointed. The pool and hot tub with the walk out from living room was perfect. Everything about the house was amazing. Bonus features were the pickle ball court and basketball hoop out back for both the adults and kids. The home is located just one block from the beach. We will be returning for sure. Can't wait!!

Amazing Family Getaway!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning home located at 3903 Cameron Blvd, and it exceeded all of our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful surroundings and the modern, luxurious design of the property. The private pool and pickleball courts were the absolute highlights of our trip. Inside, the interior was tastefully decorated. Perfect beach house!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house has everything you could want for your family beach vacation! The house is beautifully decorated with high end appliances and finishings, and is easily the nicest home we have seen on IOP. The house had ample room for the whole family, and the rental management works with a local company to provide select baby gear for rent that made traveling with our toddler a breeze! Pool was great for both kids and adults and the outdoor pickle ball court would be great for family fun! Location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk to public beach access and paved paths in the nearby streets for walking. Rental management were very easy to get in contact with and quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with lots of family friendly features. We loved this house and look forward to returning for our next trip to IOP!
