“My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area.”

“For some odd reason, the Vrbo app was giving us the wrong address when we selected "Get Directions". The host contacted us and gave us the correct address right away. Other than that, it was a nice clean place to stay for a few nights.”

“Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This……

“love this property. Always stay here when in the area. Quiet residential area with space for 2 cars on private drive. ”

“Without doubt one of the best stay experiences I’ve had in a long time, from quality of accommodation, ideal location and excellent communication.. end to end everything you want and more from a stay. Host was super responsive I. Communications and really attentive to our needs even configured the beds in the bedrooms as we needed. And the true sign of great service is how it works when life throws in a curve ball.( in our case it was having to arrive earlier than planned and earlier than……

“Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you to the hosts. ”

“We had a good night’s sleep. There are several suggestions for improvement: 1 - could not lock the door from the inside. 2 - Add a hand towel or two to the two bath towels. 3 - Take care of the bugs in the bath.”

“Great location, great host, great weather, great accommodation and facilities”

“Absolutely amazing stay at the Rabbit Hut! Host was amazing and the Hut was the perfect peaceful break we needed. Will be back soon!”
