Apparently daily housekeeping is not a service they offer. I found a dead bedbug on one of the pillows under the pillow case and asked that all the bedding be changed which they did. They don’t use pillow protectors over the pillows and the sheets they use had permanent stains so it’s not a very appealing environment. There’s always smokers hanging out in front of their rooms which is unappealing.

It was convenient off the freeway access. plenty of parking. The room was nice and clean, but there was no hot water for anything. Cold water from the tap, cold water from the shower. The room was so warm that I had to leave the window open all night just to get it to cool down. (The thermostat/heater was OFF!) Maintenance was suppose to come and fix it, but by the morning, no one showed up, so I left and I don't expect to be coming back.
