“Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Krystal fue excelente desde el primer día. Las instalaciones están limpias, cómodas y muy bien cuidadas. La alberca y las áreas comunes siempre están impecables, y la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Ixtapa sin complicaciones. Queremos reconocer especialmente a Selene de conserje quien nos brindó una atención de primer nivel. Siempre estuvo atenta, con la mejor disposición, y hasta nos ayudó a reservar un restaurante que queríamos probar. Su servicio fue……

“Most of the staff were awesome but there does seem to be a bit of confusion about the restaurants and whats included and the Capitan of Las brissas 2 was extremely rude to us and our friends but other than that everyone else was great!!”
