"Great hotel overall. Only thing to be aware of is that it's slightly outside of the downtown area of Queenstown. It's about 1.5 miles or a 30 minute walk. "

Swiss-Belresort Coronet Peak

8/10 Good
"Great stay for the price. Very close to Coronet Peak for skiing and sightseeing. One complaint I have is we bought food outside but it got cold real quick, so we wanted to heat it up. There was no microwave in the room so we asked staff to help in the reception. They declined saying they don't have a microwave either. I think customer service could be improved. We had to go door to door to about four cafes and shops and finally found one. They provided water from a tap outside so I went to fill the water instead of filling from my bathroom tap, but their water was empty 4 times in 5 days of stay. An indian looking lady was generous to fill my bottle from the kitchen. No complaints on the room, bed, bathroom. It was clean. I would book again given the proximity to Coronet Peak."

"We're a family with 2 young kids and stayed in the deluxe cabin with 2 beds. The cabin was perfect. Clean, kitchen had everything we needed, nice and warm with plenty of blankets which we didn't really need. We had our own parking spot so no issues there. The view of the mountains was easily the best part."
