It is slightly dated, given its age, but it is in a great location and has a really nice pool. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was good. There is a washer/dryer in most units. We felt safe in the gated area where our car was parked even though there are many people around the area. One bathroom toilet barely worked and the dryer air duct was not installed properly. Thankfully we fixed them up ourselves cause the maintenance guy just disappeared. Front gate dudes are very nice and we had some great coffee and food at jet fuel. Everything is walking distance. The sunset was beautiful. The location is just perfect, right on the beach and just a step away from the center of town, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Waking up and zipping coffee right on the ocean is priceless. However this unit is needs some simple maintenance . Only one of the two toilets actually flushed. The other only flushed sometimes and sometimes not despite how much we plunged it. The dishwasher needs to be secured into the wall. A fresh coat of paint would help. The bedroom lightbulb was burned out I never did look if there was a replacement .
