"When you are short for time you want a really nice place and no hassle. This property was perfect, comfortable and relaxing, definitely recommended!Staying meters from the beach with very little noise (birds and crickets mostly) and a great view from above was a real plus - relaxing yet lively, we didn't feel we needed to go anywhere. "Lovely apparment inside, very modern and well equipped. Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. The owner Michel was a very kind and attentive man and went way beyond his duties in helping us resolve difficulties with the rental car. If you do stay, make sure you...

"We had a week in the House with three teens. The pool area is amazing with wodden padio. The connection in the house between in inside area and the outside works Very Well. Beds and showers are Very good and we played no less than 30 table tennis games outside. Swimming in the Lake is amazing and the Walk to the Local shop is less than 10 min away. We loved our stay and the host couple - one week was too little and we will surely be back."

"We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend"

"2 min. walk to catch tram into town. free airport shuttle was convenient. Nice rooms. comfortable bed. Breakfast looked nice, but was expensive, so we did not buy. We were also given free ticket to use on public transportation in Geneva. This was very convenient. "

"Modern, clean hotel. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Room well equipped and clean. The restaurant was nicely busy and we enjoyed our dinner there. The outside terraces and pool area are very attractive, with lake views and a lovely old Lebanon Cedar tree in the middle. We paid 20 euros for overnight parking at the hotel which seemed fair enough as Annecy is such a busy town. The only downside was the main road that runs right next to the hotel and separates it from the lakeside, this does impact the outside terrace but we couldn’t hear road noise in our room at the side of the hotel. "
