YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS DEAL!...STAY 3 NIGHTS, AND THE 4TH IS FREE DURING AUGUST WHEN THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Condo 113 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor has a private patio outside the two floor to ceiling patio glass doors. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

*Room decor may vary from pictures. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

We left early argued with the receptionist that a palmetto bug was indeed a American cockroach I found two on the condo nobody wants to stay anywhere that has any kind of bugs gross.

We got exactly what was advertised in this condo. Staff was friendly, place was clean, location was great. I enjoyed the first floor giving us a little bigger patio to eat and store our sandy swim gear. We would come back!

Calmed and relaxed area, nice resort, nice beach, unit doesn't face the beach though!
The resort is a good spot, the unit doesn't face the beach which would not be a problem in itself if the property profile pointed out that fact.
