Additional/extra cleaning fee of $250 if we detect smoke/cigarette/cigar/pipe/pot/vape etc smell in the condo. No smoking on balcony allowed. Free washers and dryers on same floor as unit. No vehicles with advertising, commercial vehicles, campers, RV's and other such vehicles are allowed to be parked on the property.
