• Filtered water pitcher available for guests so you don't have to drink tap water or buy your own water.
• The entire kitchen is available for your use. Note there are cabinets/items labeled "host" that are specifically for host use only.
• Fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, cutlery available

• Guests are welcome to use their room and everything in it
• All of the home is available for use unless specifically labeled for "hosts".
• It goes without saying don't eat food in the fridge that isn't yours :)
