Second time staying at Envue. Loved it the first time around. Second stay was a little bit of a letdown. My room had minor cosmetic defects that have not been fixed around the tv and in the bathroom the shower ceiling was peeling. outside of the windows was dirty too which did not give a great view of the skyline during my stay. Love this hotel but definitely room for improvemen.

Bill and Chris are absolutely amazing! We had some issues upon arrival and even though the issue wasn’t on them they made the stay very worth while. The accommodations and customer service was everything that was needed to make the weekend perfect. They deserve 100 stars for their service and communication.

I did not like that I had to pay $22 to park in the hotel’s parking lot. It should be complimentary for those who stay at the hotel. Also if you have to drive to go somewhere, you get charged every time you leave the parking lot.

Nice enough property but the staff left a lot to be desired. Every singly employee I interacted was rude and condescending for no reason at all. And this was not limited to just me - I spoke to several other guests who expressed similar complaints.
