“Overall we did enjoy our stay but would choose a different house next time. It’s just a short walk to Callala beach which is a lovely area. We did unfortunately find a few issues with the property. Keys didn’t work we had to use the cleaners key. Listing stated 2.5 bathrooms which it does have but picture shows 3 toilets there is only 2. No plug for the bath. BBQ needs a good clean! No door on the bunk room in the granny flat which is not ideal when positioned right next to a bathroom. Last of……

“This property had also been let/booked out via a different company. Very awkward dealing with someone turning up and trying to get access to the property. They had also paid in full and had booking confirmation.”

“exactly as listed. everything you need for a great stay. short walk to lovely beach and a excellent fish and chip shop or hidden gem of an Italian restaurant . Supermarket etc 4 min drive. so nice to be able to have our fur baby with us and a private pool is such a bonus. ”

“We booked this property as a last minute getaway with the family and our border collie.Roxanne (our host) was very helpful with our requests to ensure our stay was comfortable.The property is described as shown and is really convenient in its location, being close to the beach and Club Callala. We will be back.”

“We had a beautiful time at this classical beach house with beautiful views from the upper veranda. Little Hyams Beach is just across the street with fantastic walks in both directions. The house consists of two seperate and unconnected fully equipped appartments. This was perfect for our group (4 adults and 1 teenager) providing some privacy. The house would benefit from some maintanace work to keep its charm alive.”
