九龍地区の中心街にあり、また駅も近くアクセスが最高。但し、設備が必要最低限かつホテルが分かりにくい場所にある。

夏はお薦めしない

2015.12に利用した時、受付時間の制限はあったが、他がとても良かったので、わざわざ探して予約した。が、今回は部屋に小虫がいて、非常に不快だった。また、前をよく覚えていないが、バスタオルしか用意がなく、Face用は持参しなければならないと認識した！設備にはありとなっていたはずだが？今回は超期日前予約割引を特別に変更してもらったりしたし、全体的には英語と中国語がある程度できればコミュニケーションは取れるしロケーションもとても良いところではある。が、このピーク料金を払って虫がいるのでは、やはり次回からは夏は利用しないことにする。

L'hôtel était bien placé à quelques pas La propriétaire du métro Jordan mais difficile à trouver car situé dans des immeubles et pas vraiment bien indiqué,La propriétaire était très gentille quand elle a vu que je cherchais elle est venue me trouver. La chambre était petite, comme c'est souvent le cas dans ce quartier à Hong Kong mais propre . La literie confortable et la chambre donne sur le jardin est donc calme.

很吵的環境，設備簡陋

check in首先要有基本英語程度 ...職員是有禮貌及態度好，而房間的雙人床覺得偏細，設備簡陋，室內拖也沒有預備，而浴室的設備亦簡單，洗手的盆有點低，最不滿意是環境，由checkin到checkout都聽到別的房間的洗澡水聲，開門關門聲音亦很大，隔音設備很差，唯一讚的是wifi是收得不錯及地點適中，但個人不會再考慮入住

The lady who looked after the reception was very helpful. Service was excellent. Of course the accommodation is very small, but that was to be expected for the price point of the room in hong Kong. Overall for the budget conscious traveller, I found it a great option.

객실이 굉장히 좁음 욕실도 좁음 전반적으로 매우 좁음 조명도 밝지도 않음 패밀리룸 사용했는데 더블침대 두개 있고 공간이 별로 없음 특히 욕실이 매우 불편함 그래도 교통편은 좋은편이나 객실이 매우 아쉬움 또한 청결도도 낮음

昔の団地の暮らしにタイムスリップしたような空間

とても便利な場所で、スタッフの方も親切、値段も手頃で良い滞在をさせて頂きました。他の皆様が書いてらっしゃる通り、シャワーがお手洗い洗面所と同じで、ゆっくりシャワーしたい気分になれなかったこと、他の日本人のレビューでの行き方を読まなければ、ホテルには絶対に辿り着けなかっただろうことがマイナスポイントです。それさえ割り切れば、とても良いホテルだと思います。古い団地のような空間も大好きでした！

지하철역 근처이고 공항버스 정류장도 가깝고 침사추이 어디든 걸어다니기 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 다만 시설은 좀 낡았어요. 청소 상태는 아주 좋으나 아무래도 호텔이라기 보단 원룸 같은 곳을 숙소로 이용하는 곳이라 독특한 분위기를 느낄 수 있어요. 저렴한 가격에 묵을 수 있으니 만족합니다.

地點方便，入口有點不明顯還好邊打電話邊問才找到，房間燈光偏暗，熱水器感覺有限時的，才開了幾分鐘就變冷水，床鋪被單看上去是乾淨的，起碼不會睡一晚起來全身被跳蚤咬，將就住一晚是可以的。

Great price for location and category.

It's a two-star hotel in Hong Kong, so don't expect much more than the basics. It's a collection of rooms in a residential area. But for the price, it's good in the category. Don't expect it to be a five-star hotel. Your expectation may be a bit high. I found the description to be accurate. It has a bed, small fridge, shower, toilet, TV, Air conditioning, tea kettle. There is room under the bed to store your luggage, but you'll need to place it on the bed to open it as the room is small. The bed in smallest room is big enough for one person. Two skinny people may be able to fit, but will be very cramped. The location is great. One-minute walk to Jordan MTR station to an unmarked exit from a shopping mall that connects to the station exit E. Plenty of restaurants and some grocery stores nearby. Airport express shuttle K1 is a short walk south of the location. Quick MTR ride to Central station. If doing laundry, you should allocate four hours for washing and drying a full load (4-5 days worth of clothes). The laundry room is not publicly accessible and you'll need to ask the owner to let you use it for a fee (50 HKD) For the price in crowded Hong Kong, it's a good location.

場所が分かりにくいけどその分静かなホテルです。

駅に近く、好立地。 表通りの裏で、入り口に看板もない為住所頼りに共同住宅のようなところへ入ると2階にレセプリョンがあります。この分かりにくさ以外は、非常に静かで快適です。

Clean, Quiet and Safe near Jordan

Rent-a-Room is a good choice for the budget minded traveler. The accommodations are extremely basic, but it is clean, safe and quiet. The person who checked me in was very nice and very helpful. The room was relatively large and had a refrigerator and good AC. The place is not like most budget hotels that are in high rises and you have to wait for the lift. It is in a garden environment and has a 24 hour watchman at the entrance. If you only need basic accommodations for a brief stay, this is a superior choice due to the size and comfort of the room, the security and how quiet it is. I have no problem recommending it as a good choice for the budget accommodation category.

便利！！

場所がわかりづらいことを除けば泊まるだけならコスパ最高の施設です！コンビニも近く、地下鉄の駅からもとても近いです。住所が漢字表記ならマンションの名前もわかりやすいため、英語表記の住所だとわかりずらいかもです。グーグルのストリートビューを使って事前に調べたのですんなり行けました。受付の場所は2階の「福」マークが目印でした。
