"Closeness to station"

"The property is about 3-minute walk from Kitasenju station that connects to a lot of lines. What we liked most is the breakfast buffet. They serve different Japanese breakfast each day. Our room (double, corner) is bigger than most hotels around Tokyo even the bathroom is bigger. It also has its own massage chair. There are two separate hot springs which we used every night. This is a great amenity for relaxation! They also restock our room snacks and water everyday. Customer service is great too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back if given the chance."

"Extremely comfortable and easy stay. Very enjoyable and quiet. The room was cozy and with A/C it was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Staff was kind and helpful. Facilities were shared but clean."

"The best thing about Japan Palace is how friendly and helpful the staff were. There was also helpful information about bus and train and restaurants post in Japanese and English. The next best thing was that although not fancy it had all the basics for cooking a simple meal and a very pleasant common area. Highly recommend! "

It was in a nice area easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the train station. Excellent shopping and food options. ATM very nice at 7-11.
