"I’ve stayed at Candeo Omiya several times now and always enjoy my stay there. The rooms are comfortable, staff and friendly and helpful and then rooftop onsen is always a reward at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Tattoos are ok if covered. There’s plenty of convenience stores, shops and department stores very close by and the station is only a few minutes walk away."

"It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn. They always brought fresh towels"

"It was safe, but too far from the train station (about 20-25 minute walk) and there were not many decent restaurants within walking distance, if any. Otherwise, this hotel is PERFECT. Once you get to the train station, it's about 1:15-1:30 to get into various parts of central Tokyo, which isn't much longer than most other areas. Highly recommend, although there's another Mitsui Garden Hotel right next to the train station that I would definitely stay at instead if the rates were close. Thank you for a great stay!"
