Premium Ground-Floor Studio with Oceanfront Views

Noelani 111 is a Studio condo located on the ground-floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a private lanai, and air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to 2 guests with a king-size bed. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture and a large flat-screen TV. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

Unwind with a king-size bed and a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower. This unit features a private Lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and full-size appliances.

The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

The location and view were perfect. I did have concerns about pest control. Three separate morning s I woke to a cockroach belly up. Obviously they ingested some sort of rodent poison and it worked. Just not something I was excited to see
