As you enjoy the scenic 11.8 mile drive to your Kona Vacation home you will start to unwind and relax, when you drive up the hill to your tropical oasis, you will know that you have made the right decision to rent our home!

Open the door to to the top level and right away you will notice the luxury furnishings and comfort of your home away from home. Your gaze will be drawn to the outdoor lanai with all of the comfortable furnishings that are calling your name to sit back and relax while drinking a glass of wine while enjoying the ocean views and unbelievable sunsets!
The Master Bedroom has a California King size bed with a new Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud mattress. With sliding doors you can either close for privacy or leave open to the living room you will be sure to enjoy this oversized Master that also has amazing ocean views! This room also has a ceiling fan along with a window a/c unit.
The Master Bathroom has everything you need to make sure your stay is everything you need and then some! With a double vanity along with a jetted tub and separate shower and toilet. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with a hair dryer for your convenience.
Need some extra space? There is bonus room that has a twin trundle. There is also a desk in the room for any work that you may need to do while on vacation.

There are also 2 more bedrooms each with queen beds A/C unit. Each of these rooms have ceiling fans and closets with hangers to put your clothes.

The Laundry room has with a front load washer and dryer that is there for you to use along with laundry soap and softener! The Laundry room can be shut off from the rest of the house by just shutting the door so that you can have peace and quiet!
The guest bathroom is pure luxury! With an oversized shower and plenty of space to get ready. We provide the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel along with a hair dryer!
The living room features a sofa bed that can be used if needed.
We have our front lanai with an outdoor dining table that seats 8 plus plenty of room to add more! There is also a grill for all of your outdoor grilling!
The back Lanai has several different conversation areas and can accommodate all of your family!
There are cards and games for your enjoyment! For your convenience, we also provide some beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kiddos! There is a Pack N Play & highchair also available.

**HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS**
Please note a 7 night minimum stay is required, that must encompass the dates of December 21st-January 2nd. We will not be conducting or accepting arrivals on Christmas Day or New Years day. (December 25th and January 1st).
