Beautiful location and property

Excellent location with beautiful grounds and pools, quiet and peaceful. Management company was excellent to deal with. Comfy bed. The condo, while comfortable, could use a little TLC and the kitchen could use some basic equipment.

It was a nice destination in Kona. Close enough to places but far enough away from the noise. Lacking a bit in kitchen items but we figured out how to use what was there. Thank you!

Excellent Location

The gated community where this condo is located is extremely well maintained. We especially enjoyed the sandy beach area and the salt water pool.The condo itself was exactly as described and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. In addition to the A/C, the unit included several fans to help manage the comfort level. We also appreciated that the unit included beach towels and beach chairs.We would definitely like to stay in this unit again!!!!

Unit 207

Overall great experience. Easy check in and good communication with property management. The bathroom is in need of updating, one set of faucets didn’t work and the shower head shoots water out the door. We couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work but didn’t really need it. The vertical blinds were not operational so we just left them open the whole time. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Vacation Property!

Our one bedroom condo had everything required to enjoy a stress free 2 week vacation on the beautiful Big Island. Excellent location, very clean pools (1 salted). Plenty of BBCues in outdoor cooking area. This property is very clean, quiet and loaded with beautiful landscaping. Our only complaint although minor, is the patio blinds….they are damaged, outdated and need to go! Gerry from Grand Barachois, NB Canada

Great Sunsets!

Check in was easy, room was great and had everything we needed...beach chairs, boogie boards. Enjoyed the salt water pool right on the waterfront, great place to watch the sunset! Free bus right at entrance to complex. Would definitely stay again
