A cozy elegantly-styled apartment, with a great view of the serene environment of Naalya.



It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with 24-hour armed security, and within walking distance of the Metroplex Shopping Centre that has Carrefour supermarket, restaurants, a cinema and boutiques.



The TMR hospital, with pharmacy and modern medical facilities, is less than five minutes' walk away, in case of emergency.



The apartment features unlimited optical fiber internet, a stylish living room and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, a combined washer & dryer machine, 50 inch smart screen TV, quality furniture and interior decor. A modern power backup system will keep the lights and internet on during electricity outages.



A high-end security smart lock enables self check-in with guest-customized entry codes, eliminating the need for keys. The smart lock is video enabled for your added security.



It's a perfect setting for relaxing and taking time off, or embarking on an intense work retreat with no power supply interruptions. If you're into fitness, you may also like walking up the flight of stairs to the third floor.
