“It's provided very good service for us. My husband got sick on the 1ST day we stay. Their staff took him go to see Dr. I believed that this was a special services for their guests. Because we had to get the boat to go to town to Dr. So thanks for their caring.”

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming.
It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk".
Breakfast food was great (but the coffee was terrible - weak, awful taste)
Minimart was basic, but good.

The property is just old & tired & obviously difficult to maintain.
The housekeeping/maintenance staff obviously have a tough job.

“Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room!
Bathroom was dirty and full of ants!
We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!!
We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet!
I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad……
