Families & business travelers Love our Recently Renovated tri-level. Come home to Millionaire Row and the street that's rated the safest in Kansas City. Stately Historic Register mansions built in the late 1800s front our quiet, tree-lined cul de sac. With Very Low traffic our formerly private compound is Great for walking & jogging. Our back deck is filled with plants & patio furniture for relaxation. The main level of our home has a large living room, dining room & chef's kitchen. The kitchen and dining room join with a granite bar complete with adjustable barstools and a formal dining room table and chairs. Family and friends will enjoy each other's company while relaxing or joining in as food is prepared. With 2 Bedrooms & a bathroom upstairs & 2 bedrooms & a bathroom downstairs guests have the ultimate separation and privacy for working or sleeping. Our plush Queen-size beds will have you waking up feeling rested and relaxed. Stretch your feet out in front of our fireplace. Exactly what we were wanting
We traveled to KC to attend our daughter's Pharmacy school graduation over Mother's Day weekend. We had never rented a house before, so this was our first experience. The property was everything as described and it was perfect for us, our adult kids and our daughter's in-laws. It was nice to relax together and not be stuffed into random hotel rooms. We prepared our own meals in a well stocked kitchen (our own groceries). The neighborhood is quiet and dog walking was relaxing, instead of strained. Thank you for this experience. It is a weekend we won't forget.

Not quite what we were hoping for
Unfortunately one of the bedrooms in the basement leaked during a storm causing the carpet to get wet there by making that bedroom unusable. We didnt find this out until we were already there and noticed the sign on the door saying "do not occupy". This caused us to need to use the fold out couch in the living room to fit everyone. This wasnt unbearable but with 3 young kids who wake up early, they now had nowhere to go. If we had found out earlier one of the couples would have rented a hotel for the weekend. There were also ants in the upstairs bathtub.

Everything We Needed
Great location, great property. Very nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to plenty of dining and entertainment options. Everyone in our group of nine had a comfortable sleeping option. Gary is a very chill, accommodating host. You can tell he cares about making sure you’re taken care of.
