“The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for……

“Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..”

“Staff is great. Nice property. Fridge sounded like an outboard motor. AC wouldn't cool below 76 during the day. Overall, I wouldn't go back.”

“We stayed several nights at this hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again on our next trip to Branson.”

“Lobby restrooms were in terrible shape with wallpaper falling off the wall. The roof top balcony was nothing like the picture and wasn’t clean or maintained. The parking garage scenario was a catastrophe. People were waiting for over an hour to get there vehicles from being forced to valet park only on the weekends. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for the price .”

“Clean hotel but very outdated and loud!! Main door into the building never locked. So found it to be not too safe.”

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“We loved our stay. Location was perfect. Very convenient parking. Restaurants are very nice on the property. We did not have to go anywhere at all. Rented jet ski on the marina and had wonderful time.”

“Wonderful place to stay while in Branson. Excellent service and so clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices. Staff takes great care of refilling and making sure everyone is taken care of.”

“Indoor and outdoor pool. Sauna and 2 hot tubs. Room was large with fridge and freezer. Showtime. Paid for the extra breakfast buffet, it was cold but ok. Clean room nice little balcony. Great staff. Extra Thank You to: Amanda Tiana and Emily. They were very helpful and friendly.”

“Description did not tell us we would be away from everything. I had to call 4 times for a roll away bed and the desk front person was very slow to help us.”

“I say this as a compliment. It was a very Clark Griswold type of vacation vibe. It was clean and kept up nicely but had the charm of an older time.”

“Staff was very friendly at the front desk. We stayed in the Avilla section the “luxury suites” there were multiple dead spiders against the baseboards in our room. Besides that the room was clean but it did make me feel quite uncomfortable with sleeping there.”
