“Great experience with Hotel Yak and Yeti for first time in Nepal. Location, service, environment are excellent”

“Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Location to airport is quite convenient but don't expect a quiet stay - and not just from the planes. Dogs barking, construction sounds. There was a misunderstanding about the shuttle. Pickup from the airport is free but there is a charge for the return to the airport. Restaurant was very pleasant and staff lovely. There is a significant rip in the carpet leading into the elevator that needs repaired - a trip hazard and luggage can catch. Also the marble……

“Very pleasant stay. Nice clean and decent sized room. The gym is amazing with all the equipment you may want.”

Over the top great . . The second time was when I came off a 14 day trek to Mount Everest Base Camp . . Ms. Pramila came in on her day off just for me . . Serious!! Ms. Aayusha on the front desk . . Was exceptional in all aspects . . Professional. Positive. Outgoing. Perfect English. Natural……
