“Helpful, friendly staff. Great location. Very clean and spacious. Very fair price. For someone from the UK, the shower arrangement is unusual with minimal screening - difficult not to soak the bathroom floor.”

“Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.”

“Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful. A pool was just finishing being built right behind the current apartments property and looked like……

“On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé. Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce. A part cela, la chambre, l'établissement, la piscine, le village tout est beau et fait pour votre séjour. Eneffet à moins de 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez prendre votre petit……

“Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. Some minor maintenance niggles. Seems a bit mean providing a coffee machine but no capsules but hey ho. This is a……
