“Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours.
The only negative for the estate is the lack of parking - each property generally……

“We stayed for a long weekend, it was great having the lake right in front of the accommodation so the kids could go out in the kayaks anytime they wanted during the day and we could join them or watch from the balcony. The house is extremely well equipped, and beds were comfy. The staff on the lower mill estate were fantastic, very friendly and made everything really easy. Having the Swimming pools, restaurant and other facilities on site was a huge advantage as it felt safe to let the……

“The Cotswold Water Park is our favourite place to spend time with our family and this year we were able to spend the whole week out and about. The family of seven stayed in Damsel Cottage and we, the grandparents had a smaller house, Trout Cottage, just a few houses up the road. No-one had any complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect including the weather, if a little hot during the day!”
