We enjoyed the location very much. I didn't expect to have the terrific bird watching experience so that was a bonus. Belted King Fisher, Purple Martin and Mute Swan's all greeted us our first night there. What a treat! The house was furnished well and all the appliances worked well. The couches in the family room were very comfortable as were the beds! The linens and towels were nice and we were comfortable. The spiders and spider webs were everywhere. I understand you cant help that but we had wished the deck and spider webbs had been sprayed down before our arrival. The area where the picnic table sits was unusable due to old and new spider webs. Old webs and dead bugs were everywhere. It would be nice if the owners put together some written instructions regarding finding the games and outdoor items, whether guests should or should not access the water from the stone path, and using the televisions.
