Both king bedrooms feature en-suite baths for added privacy. A screened porch and Cabana Club access—with pool and private beach—complete your island escape. 🌴 The Space: This Lemon drop will keep you coming back for more! Fully renovated and ready to welcome you and your guests during your next Florida Keys Vacation. Pet friendly- 2 pets max. $150 pet fee required. Dock: 35 ft. and 20 ft. with a boat lift in between (guests will not have access to use of the lift) Full Kitchen Laundry room Bait freezer Fish Cleaning Station BBQ Central Air Private Pool and Spa Master Suite: King King Guest Bedroom: King Common Space: 2 Twin beds (Trundle bed) Guest Access: Private home, entry, parking, yard and dock. One of the few places I’ve stayed that looks just like the pictures. It was super clean and the property managers provide the basic things you may need to get you started. Staying on the canal was great (even saw a small shark there one day) and having the club passes was perfect (easy 2 minute walk to the beach). Our pool and hot tub were very convenient to have at the house. Everyone that worked at the club was also very nice. The location to the popular things in Marathon was great, and it’s only \~1 drive to Key West. The property managers were also very friendly and easy to get in touch with. We stayed at the Lemon Drop last week and it was a beautiful home in a great location! Home has been completely updated and was comfortable for our family of 4! The hammock was a great place to hang, the pool was refreshing and the full time neighbors were welcoming! Key Colony Beach is a quirky community with some weird rules and ordinances, however they did not affect us, thankfully! We would come back and visit the Lemon Drop again in the future!
