Great location...about an 8 - 10 minute walk into the village. Best thing was the room size and the two full bathrooms. Could easily accommodate six people.

What a nice place. They did not have the room available that we booked on expedia so they upgraded our party to two rooms right next to each other! The views were amazing. The breakfast was great. The coffee was even good:) The staff was as nice as could be. It was literally steps away to a fun little bar/restaurant with a pool table and foozball- so the kids had a great time. The beds were comfortable. I have zero complaints and would happily stay there again.

Convenient location, nice area to sit with lovely view. Staff was very nice, but seem to need more. From check in (room not ready and never got a notice when it was), to breakfast (only one replenishing coffee, hot food, etc), to checkout (had to wait 15 minutes as staff had left to help another guest) it seemed a few more staff would help raise the bar.

I have never in all my years of travelling EVER stayed in such a horrible property. Definitely should not be included in a Hyatt . The a ir conditioning is SHUT. We had to stay in 78 degrees room, no one was at front desk. To save money, it comes to be, they shut the air in the rooms. IN AUGUST ! I called in the morning to complain. Still no one at the front.

Not impressed at all. The entry way from the parking garage is through the guest services area. Seemingly only one elevator was working (In our four days only one ever came for us). Hallways hadn't been vacuumed. The breakfast was there in the morning, but toasters didn't work. Yogurt was out in a large bowl uncovered. Coffee, Eggs and bacon were lukewarm. After the first day we did not return for breakfast. No on premises dining available. Entrance to the location was tough to find and the hotel was not near anything useful. Room was adequate but nothing special. The staff was friendly.

Property was nice, room was clean and what we expected. But the A/C was a constant problem. Ac eventually stopped working so we were moved to a different room and that a/c was so noisy we have to turn it off cause we couldn’t even hear the TV and we certainly were not going to be able to sleep. A few hot sleepless nights def contributed to a lousy experience
