Upon check, although our reservation showed "daily housekeeping", we were told that none would be done the entire 5 days we stayed there, so we asked that our towels at least be changed. They did not even provide additional toilet paper unless asked, there was no coffee maker in the room until we went to office to ask for it, and then had to ask daily for the coffee packets and new cups. The hair dryer was broken and only blew out cold air. The breakfast served was a paper bag called "grab and go" with a muffin, orange juice, peaches, a bottle of water and sometimes a mini "Kind" bar. Coffee was however, available in the office/lobby, which opened at 7 a.m. usually. The pictures Hotels.com were given DO NOT match up to what the rooms actually look like. There are no double sinks, the beds are double beds, not queen size, there is no couch and it is an analog TV with very few channels, but we weren't there to watch TV, so that's ok.
