Khan al-Askar is the perfect place to begin discovering Tripoli. This history-filled fortress is recommended by fellow travelers, but it's not the only spot to see here. Set aside time for other attractions like Qasr Naous, Souq al-Haraj, and Lion Tower to really experience what's on offer in the area.
