"Nice location. But hotel is not easy to find. Wish it had a sign at front entrance. The bathroom is small, the water after showering will not go away."

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Cairo. The staff ia incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are big, nice and clean. The breakfast was great. I would like to know what the smell around the hotel is because it smells delicious. The bakery downstairs at the lobby is also really good. The view from the pool area is also very good. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel 100%. I would just like to clarify that when it says that the spa is included it means the use of the jacuzzi. "
"I never leave bad reviews, but I had to say, this was the most horrible stay I ever had and ever will have in Cairo!
The rooms aren’t cleaned at all before your check in!!! The tiles and carpets had dust and dirt everywhere! Never vacuumed! The beddings were dirty and had hairs everywhere on top. The towels were stained and had cigarette butt burn holes. The pillows & mattress were bouncy and unstable, I kept feeling I’d fall off the bed! And on top of all this, the neighborhood had some sort of service dogs or something; they were barking ALL NIGHT!! Imagine hearing a hundred dogs barking every 10 minutes all night until sunrise!!
The bathroom was disgusting! The trash can was FULL of trash! The bathroom floor was smeared with dirt and had hairs everywhere, so obviously it wasn’t mopped! Worst part? The toilet wasn’t flushed or cleaned either! Can you imagine? Also, the bathroom only had 2 bars of soap; nothing else!
The breakfast was served late and incomplete! Imagine waiting for the staff to arrive to serve you a patisserie with coffee, not oriental breakfast!!
Everything about this place was a nightmare!
Just to give credit when it’s due, the staff members were trying to help, but it wasn’t their fault the entire place is a dumpster and lacks the basics of hotel service or human needs!!
Please don’t stay here; you won’t find the bare minimum of what you need. What’s listed by the hotel or reviews isn’t true at all. I was a victim of misleading advertising/reviewes!"
"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "
""Honestly, huge thanks to the staff — the place was super clean and really well taken care of! Everything felt fresh, cozy, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. We seriously loved it and would 100% come back again! ❤️👌""
"The staff were super friendly and approachable! We had problems with one of our private tours they we pre-booked online and the staff here were super helpful in contacting them and getting it sorted! They also had a great list of tours- we actually joined one of them and loved it! The room are pretty standard but highly recommend due to the location and the staff! "
"Nice location. But hotel is not easy to find. Wish it had a sign at front entrance. The bathroom is small, the water after showering will not go away."
"I had a wonderful stay. The only concern was in the bathroom there was a sewage smell. But other than that I enjoyed the stay. Older hotel but it had character. "
"Simply the best place I have EVER truly stayed at and I’ve travelled a lot. The kindest most genuine souls exist in this hidden gem. You’ll be extremely and tremendously blessed by your stay here. "
"We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025 for 3 nights.
It is the perfect location if you’d like to walk around.
The pictures posted on this add don’t make it justice.
The room we stayed in was fully renovated and the street noise was barely noticeable. You’d be pretty much in downtown, we walked to the Egyptian museum, took the subway and walk around without any issues. Breakfast is delicious. It features a bar and the restaurant is small but very comfortable. Highly recommend it!"
"The service here is really good! They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us, had local suggestions for food and tours. Their English was good and they were very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, we are two active brothers and it filled us up, which is not easy to do. All the staff were very honest and helpful. The room to clean and comfortable."
"The hotel is amazing. Very good price for the value. The food is delicious. Stuff is very professional rooms are very clean. It's my second time there definitely will come again.
Everyone was more than helpful.
Wi-Fi speed at the room was amazing.
When I requested a quiet room away from the street, they give me. It was very very quiet. I had pleasant sleep.
The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms is very well designed."
