“We had a lovely stay at Firecastle. Kildare is a magical area with lots to do and see in walking distance. The room we stayed in was beautiful and well appointed, breakfast was delicious and the staff were all really nice. I highly recommend Firecastle.”

“门口左手边，很吵的一间房，晚上其他客人开关门会影响睡眠💤”

“I have to give this property a 10+ rating. The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Marie at the front desk was amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! We enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and the bar staff were extremely friendly and made very good drinks. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to the area! Thanks for the great hospitality!!”

“Everything very nice, lovely ambiance”

“We lived the quietness and the fireplace for reading.”

“I booked a family room and the photo showed there is a camping for children inside the room. But there is nothing provided during the actual visit.”

“Really had a very comfortable stay. Room was comfy and a good size. The staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel passed my 'plumbing test'. The shower was fantastic.”

“Excellent stay”

“We stayed at the Voco Club for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The property was fabulous. Great rooms, very spacious, very comfortable, very clean. Excellent breakfasts and excellent Sunday roast. Great service and Michelle was such a lovely waitress, very friendly and very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you all for a lovely stay.”

“Kilkea Castle was a wonderful stay. Last minute we booked a room in the Lodges; unfortunately, the actual Castle was all booked up. This didn’t lessen the experience though. The lodge room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and had a fairway view. We were also able to use the facilities in the castle itself. We weren’t there to golf and that was just as well as the course was closed for maintenance. As a golfer the course did look like a premium course, and I’d love to go back for……

“This is a great place to get away. The hosts are amazing! Great shops within 20min and a beautiful property. If going far, take a taxi to the train station, taxis are very expensive.”

“The pool is shared with a gym and for folks who are from the US you need a swim cap. The desk staff was perfectly helpful but there is no information about amenities in the room and they don’t provide any info about what you can do in the hotel. The front desk ladies all seemed brand new to the job though. Room was nice though.”

“clean and spacious room.”
