“We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed and was warm clean and nicely decorated. Location was perfect for all amenities. The only downside if any would be all the stairs to climb up to it. But we would definitely return ”

“Good location but not for car parking.Didnt realise it was on the top floor (my mistake) my back certainly didnt thank me.Cleanliness the rug was dirty and underer the sink was very dirty.Only one glass.But brilliant view of the pitch and near enough to town and the outside theatre.”

“Enjoyed our stay, great location - close enough to town, shops, beach but far enough to get away from the various noises and seagulls etc. Everything was working, clean etc. kitchen has coffee, tea, sugar, starter milk, salt and pepper, cleaning materials but no spices, oil etc all cleaning products, vacuum, dish & clothes washer, iron, drier etc”

“The house was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We didnt eat any meals at home but the kitchen seemed well equipped and there were plenty of mugs and cutlery. The beach was glorious and only 15 mins walk away. Filey and Bempton Cliffs nearby.Wouldn’t normally have chosen a holiday ‘village’ but it was very pleasant. I would imagine it can get very busy in high summer but it was fairly quiet - perfect for us.Thank you”

“Lovely spacious apartment, everything you need, complimentary refreshments as well, easy parking with parking permits. Walking distance to both North and South Bays only 15 mins so ideally located if you can manage the steep walk on the return. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”
