"We arrived early with friends and Kristie (at front desk) was so helpful in gettin us at least one room so that we could put our luggage into it ……. When we arrived at 10 pm we didn’t have to unload at that time… made our lives easier…. It’s nice to know in these times that a staff member will go above and beyond ….
