Kilmersdon Vacations from $1,537

Everything was fine and they were very helpful when Expedia did not send the pass code for the door or tell us our room number. As this site says there were no Hosts available after 5 for check in. WE HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR OVER NIGHT AND WE GOT A PARKING TICKET TO BOOT! I WAS TOLD THAT THIS HAPPENS ALOT WITH BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA. WOULD LIKE AN EMAIL TO DISCUSS GETTING REFUND AND COST OF THE TICKET.

Absolutely lovely stay. Big shout out to Bradley on reception - very clear, professional and helpful. We stayed in a twin room the night before Cardiff half marathon and used the pool and spa before dinner. Only thing we didn’t like is surely as an overnight guest they can include your parking!

The room was reasonably clean but could do with a bit of freshening up. The reception on the tv was poor. Wardrobe didn’t contain any clothes hangers. Chest of drawers had broken and faulty drawers. Strong smell of plaster when entering the room, even though the windows were open. Kitchen/dining area was closed due to it being revamped. Staff were very friendly and polite.
