Right in centre of town, next to rail and bus station. Very dated, but guess its more olde world charm. Obviously cant knock sbout a regal old property like this. Breakfast excellent, waiter served. Bar snacks very reasonable prices.
Extremely polite and personable service from start to finish. This is a traditional hotel which suits the grandeur of a historical town like Bath. We felt v much at home. All the key sites are within a few mins from the hotel. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was outstanding prepared to order which i so much prefer to buffet hot plates
The manager was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome. Lauren and Tim were also wonderful. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Bath.
Excellent Location right opposite train station. Very clean and room contained everything you would need. Hot water took a while to come through which was advised but when it did it was scalding hot and then could nit seem to lower temperature.
