“Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by. Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that……

“Off the beaten path! Not close to the train station and eating establishments which made it a little challenging. ”

“The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel could use some updating, and the mattress was extremely firm — basically like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom had a couple of spots that seemed overlooked during cleaning, though nothing major. There were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get into London city. Overall, you do get what you pay for.”
