"The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!"

"We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel was very clean, our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The property is well maintained, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. Unfortunately, we experienced a very disturbing incident at the pool that cannot be ignored. We were in the hot tub with our 3-year-old son and another family with children when a woman suddenly became physically aggressive toward a man. She kicked him, threw his phone into the hot tub, screamed profanities, and continued yelling in front of several young children. One of the fathers asked her to calm down because children were present, but she continued using offensive language. My wife immediately went to notify the front desk. Although someone may have been sent downstairs, no employee ever came to check on our family or the other family to ask if everyone was okay. The children were visibly frightened. Our 3-year-old became so scared that when the man later returned to the pool area, he started crying and hid behind me because he thought the frightening situation was happening again. I understand that the hotel cannot always prevent guests from behaving badly. However, I do expect the hotel to respond appropriately when a violent disturbance happens in a family pool area. At the very least, checking on the families involved and making sure everyone felt safe would have shown genuine care for your guests."

"Exactly what we look for in a hotel. Amazing price. Clean place, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. AMAZING breakfast. PHENOMENAL (but slightly slippery) pool (probably better for adults than kids - HUGE deep end, moreso than shallow end.) AMAZING 24/7 coffee/cappuccino/espresso machine (honestly, we probably drank enough of those to offset the cost of our stay!) Location good. Parking excellent. The hallway in the 5th floor had a strange and overpowering smell for our entire 2-day stay, which was weird. It smelled like if you took the contents of a hundred ramen seasoning packets, boiled them in water, then put them in an atomizer and heavily sprayed every inch of the corridor. But the actual room smelled fine. Elevator slow and creaky, but the rewards outweigh the "risks" by a mile. We had a really nice time here!!! I'll dream of the pool and the coffee for awhile. :-)"

"This is another two story hotel. So no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. VERY CLEAN! Toilet would not flush and refrigerator was leaking. We notified the front desk and everything was corrected when we gotback from dinner. Draw backs: No AC in stairwell and halls. Towels are stained. Low water pressure in shower. Still a nice stay."

"I liked the convenient (and free) parking, the landscaping in the courtyard, the elevator, the clean room, good-working (and quiet) air-conditioner (& controlled by a thermostat on wall), a good bed with a variety of bed pillows, nice big tub-shower, with convenient pump bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc, and easy room check-out. :)"
